Our DEI Experience
TCB Consulting, Inc. is a boutique executive/team coaching and corporate strategy practice and professional development services. We were founded in 2011 with a dual mission: to serve the most critical challenges faced by organizations and their leaders, and to address professional development from the only place it works: from the inside, out. TCB Consulting’s purpose is to make individuals and organization wildly successful. While we do not specialize in any specific sector of business, we pride ourselves on possessing a broad and deep experience in various industries, including for profit and nonprofit organizations and agencies.
Our work is designed to help organizations and their leaders experience transformational success. Given our expertise, we support individuals and their companies in providing a rich mixture of experiences with customized approaches to professional development so that we save our clients time and money. Our recent coaching services have included leaders in health care, law enforcement, faith-based organizations, educational institutions, and, community development corporations with specialized services for small businesses.
FEES AND EXPENSES
Flexible Pricing, Flexible Options, No Minimums or Maximums
At TCB Consulting LLC, our fees and pricing have neither a minimum nor a maximum expectation. We base our pricing on the needs of the organization, type of training/timing, fiscal budgetary abilities, and the number of people who may participate in the services. Discount pricing is available for our returning TCB Partners. As part of our practice, We have committed to donating facilitation, training, and professional development to organizations that advocate for the advancement of women entrepreneurs, and programs that focus on youth with adverse backgrounds.
We also offer a wide range of options such as customized professional development and training and flexible start and stop dates. Clients of TCB can experience both Individual and companywide groupings. Many of our clients received personalized coaching alongside corporate training. Pre and Post Assessments can be included in customization prior to training for any service requested.
We are experienced, equipped, and knowledgeable consultants; and transformation- centric, DEI-certified, consulting, leadership and team coaches. We can provide the assistance which will most benefit you and your organization. We call it “the difference that makes the difference.”
